The Division of Corporate and Professional Education invite applications for the following anticipated instructor vacancy for winter 2019:
Location: Middleton Campus
Dates: January 29, 2019 - March 5, 2019
Time: 6:30 pm - 9:30 pm
Teach student the fundamentals of the kitchen: tools, equipment, safety, how to read a recipe, measuring the basics of how ingredients interact, and how to adjust recipes for size and other factors. Through demonstration and hands, instruct students to create bake goods including cakes, pies, filled pastries, breads, cookies.
Salary commensurate with education and experience.

An associate's degree in Culinary Arts required.
Knowledge of teaching or training experience is preferred.
Position requires preparing a syllabus compete with learning objectives and assessment outcomes.
