Assures the safe transport of patients to and from appointments. Receives via telephone, transport information and relay information accurately to transport team. Ensures all equipment is clean and well maintained, as well as maintaining cleanliness of the transport rooms. Assure the correct patient arrives to the correct appointment. Knowledgeable of the types of transport and patient handling equipment in order to ensure appropriate equipment is used to transport patients.
