The incumbent serves as a Licensed Practical Nurse working in the Laboratory at the Decatur CBOC. In addition to performing phlebotomy and Point of Care Testing (POC), the incumbent will be assigned to various higher-level duties according to the needs of the laboratory; plan work assignments and workflow; provide phlebotomy and specimen processing training and education. The incumbent will also be required to be trained and provide coverage in PACT/Specialty areas based on clinic workload.
