The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) serves as a member of the multidisciplinary health care team with selected patients and provides care to them on a regular and recurring basis. This is an OPEN CONTINUOUS ANNOUNCEMENT. The initial cut-off date for referral of eligible applications will be July 25, 2022 and with every subsequent cut-off dates every 15 days leading up through the closing date. NOTE: Announcement will remain open until no longer needed but no later than September 30, 2022.
