LVN is an active member of the interdisciplinary team. LVN complies with Department of Nursing/Unit specific and Medical center policies, procedures standards and protocols regarding direct care of patients, including medication administration, patient care planning, monitoring and documenting patient condition and response to treatment. LVN works under distant supervision of the RN. Employee establishes work priorities and completes assignments in a timely manner with little to no supervision Applicants pending the completion of educational or certification/licensure requirements may be referred and tentatively selected but may not be hired until all requirements are met.
