Licensed Practical Nurse
The License Practical Nurse is assigned to Patient Care Services and functions in the Ambulatory Care role for Primary Care. The LPN will be assigned to a Patient Alignment Care Team (PACT) who cares for Veterans in a variety of settings. The LPN will be the initial clinical contact person for the Veteran arriving to be seen in Primary Care. Basic Requirements: United States Citizenship: Non-citizens may only be appointed when it is not possible to recruit qualified citizens in accordance with VA Policy. Education.
