The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) is part of the Patient Aligned Care Team (PACT) that provides clinical and technical support to patients receiving care at the Southeast Community Based Outpatient Clinic. The incumbent works independently under the direction of the PACT Registered Nurse (RM) and reports to Assistant Nurse Manager (ANM) or the Clinic Nurse Manager (CNM).
