The Licensed Vocational Nurse complies with the Department of Nursing/Unit specific and medical center policies, procedures, standards, and protocols regarding direct care of patients, including medication administration, patient care planning, assessment and documentation of patient condition and response to treatment. Applicants pending the completion of educational or certification/licensure requirements may be referred and tentatively selected but may not be hired until all requirements are met.
