We are looking for a Print Manager to join our team. The Print Manager will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the production team in one location – two buildings, supervising production employees including coordinating functions and schedules to meet critical deadlines, training employees, and managing performance issues to meet manufacturing goals.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Train and manage production employees.
Partner with senior management to identify and set production goals for each department.
Partner with HR to interview and hire production employees.
Identify and address key concerns that may alter or impact on-time delivery.
Coordinate with management regarding problems or issues impacting production.
Communicate equipment concerns to Production and Operations Managers when needed.
Identify and recommend areas of potential cost reductions and/or streamlining production workflow to management (lean & efficient).
Partner with production staff to develop and adjust workflow policies and procedures when necessary to improve efficiency without compromising safety or quality.
Monitor employee productivity and provide constructive feedback and coaching.
Ensure all safety and health standards are met to keep an organization accident-free.
Experience and Skillset:
5+ years related experience in large format print production or similar manufacturing.
Previous management or supervisory experience.
Hands on experience with a wide variety of large format production equipment and materials.
General capabilities to use Microsoft Office suite.
Experience using Adobe Creative suite applications like illustrator helpful for the review and preparation of files for production.
