3 West is a Medicine Specialty Clinic that supports Pulmonary, ALS, Endocrinology, Gastroenterology and Rheumatology. The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) works under the direction of the clinic registered nurse (RN) or provider and reports to the Specialty Clinic manager. The LPN is responsible for observing, recording and reporting changes in the patient's condition, as well as assisting in the development and revision of the patient-driven holistic care plan for life. Applicants pending the completion of educational or certification/licensure requirements may be referred and tentatively selected but may not be hired until all requirements are met.
