This position is located in the Community Based Clinics Department at the Chesapeake Clinic. The LPN will be providing clinical and medical support for providers within this department. LPN's are responsible for running the day to day operations. The LPN reports to the designated Nurse Manager and is responsible and accountable for the provision of patient care and for delivery of quality nursing care to a culturally diverse veteran patient population (internal/external).
