This LPN position is located at the Lincoln Community Based Outreach Clinic (CBOC) located in Lincoln, NE. The LPN demonstrates outstanding collaboration and communication with physicians and other healthcare providers to facilitate remote patient care for outpatient specialty medicine clinics. They are responsible for assisting with the evaluation and assessment of patients via virtual consultations/clinic visits. They will provide education to patients on self-care and disease management.
