Summary This LPN position is responsible and accountable for the delivery of nursing care to Veterans in the Primary Care Clinic located at the Lexington, Kentucky VA Health Care System. The LPN is an essential component of the PACT Initiative (Patient Aligned Care Teams). The incumbent has the knowledge and skills necessary for concentrated efforts and self-direction in carrying out the most complex practical nursing care assignment with patients ranging in age from young adulthood to the senior.
