DESCRIPTION:Under the supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor and the Director of Facility Services, the PT maintenance technician is responsible for performing general maintenance and utility tasks of various types to care for and maintain all College buildings and related facilities. Will need to promptly respond to daily service requests while interacting and communicating with customers and staff in a professional manner.Typical hours for this position are based on the position and vary based on shift. Individual must be willing to work, evenings/weekends, and be available for emergencies and special events as needed. They are also considered part of the weather and emergency staff and may need to respond to emergency issues outside normal times.
