The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) serves at the point of care for Edward Hines, Jr. VA Hospital and its Community Based Outpatient Clinics (CBOCs). Under supervision from a higher grade LPN, registered nurse (RN), or Licensed Independent Practitioner (LIP).
